1 / Morning Yoga 

Connect with your breath and your body, after your adventurous day. Enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stretch session in a beautiful environment, This time is to settle and ground ourselves after the busy streets - we'll also share what we've accomplished during the day. Yoga is great for all bodies, ages and levels as there is no right or wrong and we only focus on our Yoga mat.

2 / Pilates

Let's nurture the body with a warm herbal tea, some fruits and

an energising Pilates session. 45' to develop your core power and strength. All levels are welcome as we always 'spice' up the exercises according to your body.

3 / Delicious breakfast

Nurture your body with super food and let's get ready to start the day! 

4 / Enjoy the rest of your day! 

Go for a walk into the rice fields, visit a nearby waterfall, or temple, engage in a cooking class, or simply read your favourite book by the swimming pool. 

Different activities are provided every day but you can choose how much or how little you want to do on that day. Available on request spa sessions, private fitness lessons and coaching sessions.

5 / Dinner

We will nurture ourselves with a tasty dinner at our accommodation. Ubud has lots of live music so if you want, you can always check them out after dinner!

6 / Let's recharge again

Time to go to sleep, or to dance all night long...

What to expect?

Snorkel / Dive

Try Scuba Diving if you haven't dived before, or if you are an experienced diver explore the majestic dive sites around the area in partnership with one of the best diving schools in the area, Soul Scuba!

Snorkel every day in our house reef or in the nearby islands where you can encounter turtles, reef sharks and an abundance of fish (Including our beloved Nemo)

Don't worry, we will organise everything for you!

Sunset Movement

Yoga or Pilates

Let's listen to our bodies every day after a pleasant day in the water.

 

Let's watch the sunset while we consciously breathe and move.
